Firefox Scrapbook Add-ons: A tools help you to capture the webpage, Download here.
HTML Help Workshop: A Compiler tools. Download here.
S2C.exe:Download here.
Step(2):Use Firefox Scrapbook to Capture the webpage and arrange the page.
Step(3):Run S2C.exe
Step(3-1):Select a Scrapbook item form the list
Step(3-2):Press the Make CHM Buttom

Step(3-3):After the S2C.exe build successful, the S2C.exe will auto open the chm ebook, like this.
